We’ll coach you to success so you very quickly burn body fat and keep it off for good and you’ll also tone and tighten your muscles in the key areas – your tummy, legs and arms. We know you’re busy and we also know you want results; that is why we have designed our 6-week Challenge to get you effective results in the most efficient use of your time. You’ll see dramatic changes in your body very quickly as you tone up. Friends, family and work colleagues will soon be paying you compliments on how you look.
Nutrition Guidance
Nutrition is always the hardest part of the puzzle. It’s so hard to know what to eat and when. If you’ve failed in the past, it’s ok; we’ll get you back on track and STOP the confusion. Many fall down and get no support from larger corporate gyms or individual Personal Trainers. We do things a bit differently and coach you so you never have any indecision again when it comes to your nutrition.
Mindset
Motivation plays a big factor in getting fit and losing weight, and is often overlooked by most gyms, trainers and health clubs. There is no doubt about it; you have to be in the ‘right’ mindset if you want to get results. But it can be hard sometimes to feel like you want to exercise or eat right. I know how life’s stresses can get in the way and after a long day at work, the last thing you want to do is work out and eat right. That is why we specifically help and train you to increase your will power, confidence and mindset so whatever obstacles you face with working out and eating right, you overcome them.

I feel really unfit, out of shape and worried I’ll not be able to keep up; is this really for me?
Walk into most commercial gyms and you’re issued with a membership card and told to get on with it, plus no one will smile, speak or help you and most of the members are super fit.
That’s not how we do things here. No one gets left behind. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you’re starting from, or if you have a pre-existing injury. As long as you show up we can help you. Everything will be tailored to your level and you’ll not feel out of place. In fact very quickly when you walk in it will feel like a second home, as everyone will know your name, supporting and encouraging you to success.
How many times a week will I need to work out?
You will need to work out with us three times a week. That might sound a lot but very quickly it will became the norm as you start to look and feel great. Sessions are 45 minutes, which leaves you 23 hours left in the day to work, sleep, rest and play. :)
How much is the FREE 6-week Challenge?
We have a few open spaces on our schedule so I’ve decided to open these up to the local community in the form of a 6-week challenge and for FREE as long as you are willing to give 100% effort and pay a fully refundable deposit to hold your place.
